4th Dimension MMA offers a mixture of MuayThai, Wrestling, Submission Grappling and fitness. We have been training at the highest level in combat sports for over a decade now with competitors in the UFC, Bellator, Cage Warriors, Glory Kickboxing, KSW, BAMMA and all the top UK shows but we pride ourselves on being a welcoming club to all with a friendly environment where our instructors will help you get to grips with the techniques of Mixed Martial Arts.
Our classes are suitable for everyone, whether complete beginners or people with previous experience we are a competitive gym but we pride ourselves being family orientated with the majority of our members being non-competitive just looking for a place to train without pressure and have fun learning whilst getting fit and building confidence.
